    I bought the ultimate addons pack, but when I try to give the dlc to my friends, they can't download any of the dlcs. i read that some of the addons are not sharable, but they also said that you can share fortune island. btw I play on pc

    Hi, assuming you actually own Forza Horizon 4 that addon will show in the game when you launch Forza. There was also a game update of just over 8GB that enables the addon so that may still be downloading too.
