Forza Horizon 4. Unable to join multiplayer session. IPSec 0x00000000.

I'm unable to join multiplayer session, while all my friends do not have
such problem. All connection tests shows that everything should be ok,
but alas. I have no problems with other online games at this moment, so
my internet connection is alright. Every time I'm trying to connect multiplayer, I see this error with random new region.

1) XBOX network says that NAT is open and XBOX Live Multiplayer is connected.

2) "netsh interface teredo show state" gives the following response:

Router has UPNP and IPSec tunneling enabled. I've tried every advice I was able to find so far, but still with no success. I've created ticket to Forza support, but they do not pesponsed yet.

May be someone has found working solution to this problem?

I was able to resolve this problem thanks to this thread:

In short, problem was caused by "NI service", disabling it solved IPSec 0x00000000 bug for me.

Also, in the Steam discussions one player mentioned, that the reason of this may be a 'shadow ban of the account' whatever this means. But in my case Forza is literally first game I've launched in Xbox Live account. I doubt that I was able to break some rules while completing tutorial before multiplayer unlocked.

Hello. After what you suggested we are still on able to get online. It is not just Forza horizon 4 for it is Forza horizon 3 as well. This is the error

there is s support ID

a server ID

fsiled to redolve server address. Check your DNS settings snd try again.
