Forza horizon 4 treasure island problem

Thank you for reaching out. I see you are having a hard time accessing the Treasure Island expansion for FH4. If you haven't already, try uninstalling the DLC and reinstalling it. There have been other Forza fans having similar issues and they have posted

Yes I have it. Im almost finished with carreer. My friend has done way less than me, but the island is working.

I've had this issue when I was trying to go to the island while in a convoy. Once I left the convoy, there was a few races and intro videos that need to be done solo.

Not sure if that's your issue, but that was my experience.

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

I haven't tried to load up Fortune Island myself, but as Njal said, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't semi-locked behind some prerequisite, or you might need to go a certain part of the map for an intro video.
