    I used to play Forza Horizon 4 on XB1. Recently i've bought a gaming laptop, the Asus ROG G531GU. Forza works on both PC and XB1, so I installed Forza on my laptop. Once done, the game started and asked me to synchronize. Somehow something went wrong, and
    now my save file is gone on both XB1 and PC and I had to start all over. My progress and cars are all gone now, however my designs and tunes are still online. Now when I try to join a (random) lobby, the only thing I see is the pop-up showing that the game
    is 'fetching the details, please wait.' Normally that took like 10 secs. and I was in a lobby. Now it just won't connect to another lobby anymore.

    So basically,

    - How do I recover my savegame on both consoles?

    - How can I fix the multiplayer issue?

    Hi there, Sorry to hear about your save being lost, this exact thing happened to me 2 weeks ago very frustrating. You will have to summit a ticket with Forza and see if they can get your save back.
