Forza Horizon 4 : Synchronization of backups

Hello,

I have a problem with synchronizing backups from Forza Horizon 4 game. I have two PCs (a fixed and a laptop) on which the game is installed. I left the week with my laptop and I made progress in the game. But when I came home, when I wanted to play on my fixed
line, my progress wasn't synchronized, and when I tried to reconnect on my laptop, it synchronized with my fixed line PC, thus suppressing all my progress... Do you have a solution...?

I can not connect to my Forza Horizon 3 profile

Hello, I just acquired the game Forza Horizon 3 and when it was launched, it gives me a profile synchronization because I already have a backup of this game. Unfortunately, this profile was not "clean" and it puts impossible to erase it to start a new "Clean"
game. Could you tell me what I need to do to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like you're trying to sync the saved game data from your Forza Horizon 4 video game. What I recommend doing is making sure you're on an online session on both devices when playing. As
well the game should have an auto save feature please make sure that feature is on. For further support with it I would recommend you post on the

This has been a common problem which can understandably be very frustrating. Try doing the hard reset mentioned above and if that has no luck please go ahead and follow this link which will direct you to the developers so you may lodge a support ticket.

Forza support

Please ensure you are signed in to your account you use for forza when submitting your support ticket.

{Parity}

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thank you both a lot! Unfortunately the described hard reset doesn't solve the problem.

But the link to the forza support is a very good hint. I opened a ticket there and I am hoping for a solution

Hey guys, I have awesome news. It works again! What helped?

Factroy reset of the console (system -> informatio) with keeping my apps and games. (No worries your console settings and style is saved so you have no additional work)

Deleting FH4

Install FH4

-> Done

Just for information: this are all problem solving suggestions of the Forza support

If possible try to load your save on a different device. (A different PC or Xbox)
Make sure the console has the most up to date OS version installed.
Please try manually updating the game and any DLC using the Store/Games & Apps.
Try pressing and holding the power button on your console until it turns off, unplug it from the power supply for 10 minutes, plug it back in and see if it continues.
Resync your save to the cloud?
- Go to Manage Game > Saved Data > your profile > Delete from console.
- Do not select Delete from Everywhere as this will delete ALL of your data.
- Relaunch the game and let it sync to the cloud.
Reset your console by going to the system's settings, console info, reset console and choose the option "Reset and keep my games & apps"
Uninstall then reinstall the game and any DLC.
- Uninstall the game. After the game is uninstalled, uninstall a couple different games/apps or install some games/apps so that when you reinstall the game, it's installed to a different part of the HDD.

You might need to do this several times in order for the issue to go away. Let me know if that works for you.
