Hi Tugboat,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand having issue with game sync. Do you have a console that you played the game on? If so try launching the game on that and see if the game syncs correctly there. After playing a little bit quit the game.
Then try and launch on the PC and see if the sync works.
