    I logged on to see that it says playing online is unavailable even though I have xbox gamepass and I press the xbox button on my controller and everything is normal and I can go to my friends tab and everything I don't know if it's going to do the same with fh5

    Do you have just Game Pass or do you have Game Pass Ultimate? If you want to play online, you need a Live subscription. Game Pass does not include Live. Game Pass Ultimate does include Live.

    Do you have Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? A Gold subscription is needed to play online. Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold, but regular Game Pass does not.

    you won't need game pass to continue playing after you purchase Forza Horizon 4, but you will need Xbox Live Gold if you want to play online
