    Ich habe seit der Neuinstallation von meinem PC ein Problem mit Forza Horizon 4 welches ich auch schon dem Kundensupport nahe gelegt habe jedoch bekomme ich keine Antworten oder Hilfe. Eventuell kann mir ja hier jemand helfen oder ein Support Mitarbeiter
    wird darauf Aufmerksam.

    Ich habe am 03.03.2020 meinen PC Neu aufgesetzt da ich mir eine bessere Hardware einbaute alles war ganz normal bis ich Forza Horizon 4 installierte dort bemerkte ich dann das die DLC's Fortune Island und der Autopass zwar noch zum Download zur verfügungstanden
    diese jedoch Ingame fehlten .. nun werde ich "gezwungen" diese neuzukaufen obwohl mir die Autos im Fuhrpark (612) noch alle angezeigt werden mit "Im Besitz" jedoch kann ich keins davon mehr Fahren ohne das ich erinnert werde mir dieses Auto für 2€ zu kaufen
    oder eben den Autopass selbes gilt für Fortune Island in der Statistik werden mir noch sämtliche Fortschritte angezeigt jedoch kann ich diese nicht nutzen.

    Habe auch Screenshots davon jedoch kann ich diese hier nicht einfügen..

    Hoffe es kann mir geholfen werden.

    [Translation-I have had a problem with Forza Horizon 4 since reinstalling my PC which I have already suggested to customer support, but I don't get any answers or help. Maybe someone can help me here or a support representative will be aware of it.

    I put my PC on 03.03.2020 because I installed a better hardware everything was normal until I installed Forza Horizon 4 there I noticed that the DLC's Fortune Island and the Autopass were still available for download but in-game Lacked.. now I will be "forced"
    to buy these new although the cars in the fleet (612) are still all displayed to me with "Owned" but I can't drive any more of it without which I will be reminded to buy this car for 2€ or just the car pass same applies to Fortune Island in the statistics
    are still shown to me all progress but I cannot use them.

    Have screenshots of it, but I can't insert them here.

    I cant download or install the DLC .. i am asked to buy it again .. ingame i unlocked the successes on Fortune Island but i cant play it anymore.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having an issue with the DLC? Have you made sure the DLC is installed? Have you tried reinstalling the game and DLC to see if this fixes the issue? Try these and let us know.

    beaucoup de gens ont eu des problèmes avec forza horizon 4, je pense que vous devriez attendre une mise jour pc

    This problem will only occur if the xbox app is connected to the Internet.

    This problem makes forza horizon 4 no way to play online mode.

    If there is really no way to solve it, can I refund the Forza horizon 4 Ultimate Edition?
