Forza Horizon 4 POOR FPS Performance on GTX 1080Ti

Hello ! i have very bad performance in FH4 , already tried reinstalling windows (format) , installing other drivers etc and still i have 40-50fps to 64 fps , suttering all the time , spikes etc , game
is unplayable .

i7 8700k

GTX 1080ti

16GB RAM

game on SSD - even on other M2 and HDD runs like sh**

asrock z370 extreme 4

psu - seasonic 850w gold

i dont have this problem on other games . literally i tried everything and game sucks in performance . issue is that game uses 20% of my graphic card... ingame with FPS counter it says 90-99% usage of GPU
but its not true i already checked it with MSI AFTERBURNER and task manager and it uses 20% of my graphic card. Integrated CPU card is disabled in BIOS - bios is up to date , drivers are up to date , game uses 20-40% of my CPU . What to do ? Worst thing is
that i cant find the game on my PC , its hidden in WIndows APP folder and cant do anything with it... Tried alot of options in nvidia control panel and nothing helps . Directx 12. Changing scale to 1080 changes nothing , on 2k res runs smoother than in HD
1080. Task manager says im using 20% of memory in GPU and game says im using 90% of GPU ...

Yep, I fixed it, it was most likely the way forza was seeing the card, windows automatically criates a unique ID for your computer, that is made according to your computer specs, that is responsible for keeping your windows activated, with the hardware
you have. "hen I placed the I3, the ID probably changed, and as a result of it, forza maybe detecting well the gpu now, the only thing I don't understand is if that was, most likely, the problem, why did it still work when I placed back the I5, but I don't
care, it now runs at his normal fps, 60 to 70 on medium settings, on 1080p, so for anyone that might have the same problem, try to change the cpu, or ever other component, like system RAM, or the GPU itself, and see if it runs well, but there is still a small
problem, the benchmarking tool still doens't run, crashing the instant I press to start the benchmark, but that ain't a problem at all, atleast the game is still playable. Thank for all the help and attention received, and that everyone has a great day.

Just a thought. Could the game be using your on-board graphics card (part of your CPU) instead of your dedicated device?

That might be worth checking to see if there is somewhere you can change that.
