    Alrighty. I bought the game a long time ago. The money was pulled out of my account when i bought it.

    Today i got an email saying the payment could'nt get through. Even tho my money was taken out of the account when i bought the game.. Please help?

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing for assistance. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    When you pre-order a game with a credit card or Paypal, you're not actually charged until about 10 days before release. Payment is only taken immediately if you pre-order with your Microsoft account balance.
