Are you in a family account by chance? It sounds like you need to adjust your online safety and privacy settings. If you're in a family account the people that are in charge of it have to make the changes for you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. If you
have an Xbox suspension it will show a hammer. Otherwise you are most likely banned from the game server itself. You would need to reach out to them by the Forza forums.



If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
