Forza Horizon 4 online trouble

Hey!I have a big problem with Forza Horizon 4. Namely - I can't play online, buy cars, etc. I contacted the Forza department about this, I downloaded the ticket, waited for an answer. Unfortunately, I received information that I was banned. The reason for this decision was not given. In my account and through the website: https://enforcement.xbox.com/pl-PL, I do not have any information about the ban. Message - account clean, reputation - green color. After a few emails exchanged with Forza Support, I still can't use the service. Forza replies casually, they do not indicate the reason for banning the account. The network connection works flawlessly (I am an IT specialist), the accounts as well as the access and permissions of the application are set according to the recommendations. I bought a second hand console. I logged in to my microsoft account, which I have connected for several years. This is my first xbox in my life and hopefully not the last. However, in the absence of a response from the Forza support department, and the actual reason for the blocking of online services (all other games work fine), I do not know if I will decide to buy another Microsoft console.I am asking for support in this topic. Forza sends me back to you in virtually every message. I am asking for some reliable information about the situation. As I said in the Forza news, I am determined to work together to resolve this, unfortunately on Forza's part it doesn't work.All the best
