Forza Horizon 4 Occupy CPU for 100% when I have played for a short time

After playing one or two games，it starts to use the CPU on 100% all the time，even I have done nothing just keep still and it has delay for my instructions （using keyboard）and just stutter.

I try to reinstall it，but at the moment Im going to uninstall the game it show me this：

the error code is 0x80080204.

and with

I cant uninstall the game in 1809 and still cant uninstall it in latest 1903. I uninstall two Xbox apps . It gets better but
still cant slove the problems.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you Forza Horizon 4 is taking up quite a bit of your computer's memory when you are playing it, and you are unable to uninstall the game. As Buachaill Dona stated, the error code indicates
that an update is required. We recommend making sure that
Windows 10 is up to date. Also, are you using the
Xbox (beta) App? Be sure to let us know the results!

I just checked that code, and by the looks of it it means the game is incompatible with your OS version, what is your build number for your 1903 OS please?

Well，unfortunately，it does not help. And actually I have try many ways including reset the game，restart the computer，upgrade from 1809 to 1903.And just dont works. （There are two problems： the occupy cpu and the error code）.But thanks ur help。
