Forza Horizon 4 not installing (there has been error on our side)

I have bought a forza horizon 4 for PC few days back and i havent been able to even install it! Every time i try to install it it just says to try again later that there has benn error on our side, it does that right after i select the hard drive i want to install to.

I have tried wsreset, settings reset, checked my time and date, PowerShell commands ive found online from other ppl and some other things and nothing worked.

I am getting sick off dealing with stuff that cant just work as intended.

Ive been playing forza horizon 4 mostly with a little bfv on the side

So the game I have been originally trying to install is anthem. Now I just tried installing Forza horizon 4 and still has the same issue

I get the same thing while trying to install Forza Horizon 4/Motorsport 7, This issue has been going on for 3 MONTHS AND STILL NO FIX
