Te comento que puede deberse a problemas con tu cuenta en términos de ejecutarse en segundo plano.

Recomiendo conectarse directamente al módem con un cable Ethernet o de red, mejora mucho la rapidez de sincronizar juegos.

También verifica que el juego (consola) esté instalado en tu memoria interna, no en una externa, ya que ha habido problemas al cargar / descargar datos del juego, no solo de este.
