Forza horizon 4 mitsubishi pack

Hello,

I am trying to download the mitsubishi pack but whenever i click on it to download it a screen pops up for a brief moment with the text "Contacting the windows store. Please wait." but then quickly disappears and i get no further information or additional
window that pops up. I've tried searching the windows store (Microsoft store) in my cortana bar and manually searching for the mitsubishi pack but no results.

How can i fix this issue?
