Forza Horizon 4 key for Steam

Unfortunately no. The Steam version of Forza Horizon 4 (only recently released on the platform) is a separate game to the one on the Windows Store. You can't transfer or get a 'key' to download it from Steam.

It seems Microsoft wants their customers to purchase the same game twice...

But a PC gamer who doesn't own a console wouldn't need to own it twice. I have a console and a PC, but if I was going to buy FH4 now, it would be via steam for my PC and ONLY my PC. Reason being that my PC outperforms the Series X on this game, and pretty much every other game.

I still like console gaming now and again, but PC is where it's at.

It seems Microsoft wants their customers to purchase the same game twice, thus it doesn't seem like they would allow us to switch over to the more popular platform that is Steam, that said, if you are within EU, you are legally within your rights to demand the right to resell your 'key' that you use to access the game via the Microsoft pc xbox launcher, as per the 2012 judgement in Case C-128/11.

Should Microsoft pretend they have the right to refuse you, you can report their violation to the proper EU authorities

The same ruling also includes a dismissal of any EULA that might hinder your right to re-sell your 'key'.

Forza Horizon 4 on Steam is not the same as the PC/Xbox version. It is a seperate game with seperate steam achievements, so you will have to start again on the Steam version.

I buy forza horizon 4 in steam but it dosen´t let me play online
