Forza Horizon 4 is not in my library anymore.

No ....even the horizon 4... and 5 is not in my library... I need to found it for download again... and now forza 7 is not in my library

I only have 2 account and one of them is empty. And the Lego expansion i got i used a key for it i did not buy it with a credit card, probably that's why.

That would explain it then if you got the key elsewhere.

It does sound like you need Xbox Support for this one as the adbice we can offer here is limited

You may also need to tell them when you purchased the game so I'd look back through credit/debit card statements or whatever you used to pay for it

Please re-check your Order history to see if the game was successfully purchased under your account!

If it is try to reset the Xbox app.

You can Reset the Xbox app from the Settings menu. Here are the steps:

1. Click Start and click Settings.
   
2. Select System.
   
3. Select Apps & features.
   
4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
   
5. Click Reset.
   
6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Sign in to the Xbox app and check if the same issue occurs.
   

If the issue persists, try to clear the Microsoft Store cache

1. Press Windows Key + R to launch Run.
   
2. Enter wsreset.exe and hit Enter.
   
3. Once the reset process finished, restart your PC and then check if the Windows Store App works as it should.
