Forza Horizon 4 Installed but not showing up in game list

I suggest reinstalling the game again. Since the game is already installed, then this shouldn't really take long, and hopefully will then show up on the Xbox app.

You also do not need to use the Xbox app to start the game, you can just press the start button on the taskbar, then scroll down your list of app and games, and find the game and select it.

Here’s a list of fixes that have resolved this problem for other FH 4 players. You don’t have to try them all. Just work your way through the list until you find the one that does the trick for you.

1. Check If your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Forza Horizon 4
2. Install the latest game patch
3. Update your drivers
4. Clear your standby memory before playing
5. Disable your microphone for Forza Horizon 4
6. Reset Forza Horizon 4
7. Add Forza Horizon 4 as an exception to your third-party antivirus application
8. Update your Windows system to the latest version
9. Perform a clean boot
10. Reinstall Forza Horizon

Yes, I've installed game digitally from Microsoft store, but I didn't find Forza Horizon 4 in "all apps" list

Did you download a game and it is not showing up?

Or are you referring to Forza Horizon 4. If it is Forza Horizon 4 you still need to go and down load it. The betas does not automatically download the new game.
