Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. As the progress for your download of Forza Horizon 4 seems to have no progression even though it has been going for 2 hours, there may some sort of issue with corrupt data causing this to occur
with your system or block the progress of the download, especially if you are not having issues connecting to your internet.

To ensure you have proper internet connection:

1. On your PC, launch the Xbox app.
2. Select Settings > Network.
3. Under Network status, make sure Internet connection says
   Connected.

If you don’t have an Internet connection, you’ll have to fix that before continuing with any additional troubleshooting.

Here are two steps on how to isolate system issues:

Try this:

Perform a Clean Startup to determine whether background
programs are interfering with your games or programs.

Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.
