Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. So to clarify here, the game fully installed, but when you try to launch the game it gives you that error?

If that's the case, then the install has been corrupted during the download. Unfortunately, the only course of action would be a re-installation. If possible, try taking your console to a friend or family members house to use their network. That way, if
they have a better internet connection, you can download the game quicker and without corruption.

Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.
