Zojuist Forza Horizon 4 gekocht, en ook afgeschreven van mijn bankrekening. Staat bij mijn producten dat de betaling is geweigerd......

Leuk maar mijn geld is wel weg.

Wat kan ik hier aan doen? Of moet ik een heel weekend gaan wachten tot ik klantensupport te pakken krijg?

We suggest checking out the order history on the Microsoft Account to make sure the order is there, if the account states that order is cancelled there the money is going back to the bank account within 24 to 72 business hours. We suggest signing out and
back in on the account as well since it could be a small bug on the account itself (If and only if the account details are known, Email and password) Give these steps a shot and let us know how it goes!

 

I already did this a few times already, i signed back in on the browser and also on the desktop app.

No result.
