Forza Horizon 4 Game crash during 50 laps of goliath at 42nd lap, any chance of some type of ...

So I saw a video by a youtuber doing the 50 laps of goliath challenge and they got loads of levels from it, so being level 138 (at the start of the race) I decided to do it to get more levels. I got to lap 42 no problem, pausing in between chunks as I'm
a student so I couldn't do the entire race in one sitting. I unpaused it without failure multiple times then at the start of lap 42, I crashed into the wooden barrier by the boat house and all other laps it had been no problem. On this fateful one, it appeared
that it crashed my game. It froze for about 10 seconds, the screen turned grey then it returned me to my windows desktop. I'm just wondering if after spending about 6 hours and 21 minutes in the race trying to get about 70 levels from it if there was any chance
I could get some compensation for the amount of racing I did in my Forza Edition Alfa Romeo Giulia which gives you influence boost. Basically I'm just really frustrated that after all of my work to get to that stage that the game then crashed against my will
and I will not gain anything at all from that whole experience. I did this all on my Windows 10 Gaming PC and used the gamer tag . I will literally never buy anything from microsoft again if that crash has ruined my 6+hour race. Please just let
me know if there is any chance I can get reimbursed or compensated for the time spent with in-game credits and/or influence.

forza horizon 3

Can anyone help me with this problem. I am playing forza horizon 3 and I'm doing the 50 laps on Goliath and the game has glitched out and put me a couple of laps behind the drivatars and I've tried restarting the game and the game is all up to date this
has happened three times this week.

 

I was 6 hours into a Goliath race when it forced an update and I lost my progress

I was 6 and a half hours into a 50 lap race on goliath when the game crashed and started updating. I have spent hours trying to get support but can't. please help.

 

Forget to mention that at the time of crashing I was level 148 or 149 I can't really remember, I haven't launched the game since the crash about an hour ago.

 

Unfortunately things like that do happen. There's no way to compensate for any game time lost due to a crash. Sorry man!

Another way to earn in game influence is to watch FH4 streams on Mixer with the same Microsoft account you use to play. You can earn 6000 per hour.

Forza Forums
and see if they are able to do anything for this matter, as we do not have anything to do with the influence gained, currency or levels in game I think due to you having had to pause it and leave it open for a while, also there are many other factors as
to why the game could of crashed( example: loss of internet connection for brief moment, PC acting up and so on) Due to that is in game which is run by the server of the developer. As for the Xbox it helps with the launching of the game and then the game
server takes over.
