    Forza Horizon 4 Fortune Island DLC won't work


    I purchased and downloaded Fortune Island and Lego Speed Champions. I played it on the day it was purchased. Now I cannot access the content at all. I go to the Fortune Island location on the map, the instruction on the screen says to press X to go to Fortune
    Island, and then I get taken to the advertising screen to purchase the DLC but with the message that the content is already installed.

    I already went through all the usual troubleshooting with phone support from Microsoft (they were useless, everything they suggested I had already tried, except for signing out of the account and then signing back in, no surprise that didn't work). Everywhere
    on my Xbox it says the DLC is available and installed, but can't access it.

    Should I just cut my losses and request a refund? Is there a fix to this?

    Just to make sure, does he have Forza Horizon 4 already? Fortune Island is an add-on for Horizon 4 so it will not work unless he also has the base game.
