Forza Horizon 4 for PC crashing after pressing enter

Hello guys,

wondering if any of you had same problem with Forza Horizon 4 or any other game. Once I try to get to the game, it crashes when pressing enter. Looks like it crashes when downloading data from cloud about saved game.

I was able to play just for like 3 hours, I got some weird bug when I hit something while driving outside of the race, my car just diasppeared and so did the whole map around, I could only see sky. When I went to menu it was all black. Tried to change car,
because I thought it may reset my position on map or something, game crashed and never worked again.

Tried to contact support for 3 times, they didn't manage to help me. Tried to contact Forza support but they don't respond for 2 days, so I just want to know if any of you had same problem and how it was fixed.

Please, don't ask me if I tried to do (place here anything you can google, I did everything, literally everything), yes I have tried and there is nothing to do on my side, there is everything fine on my pc, it's up to date, tried reinstalling 3 times with
different methods (like Xbox beta, Windows Store, even from browser but I have no idea how could this help, this is what I was told to do by Microsoft support)... Feeling pretty hopeless and powerless in this case, hope some of you may just tell me if you
had same experience and how it ended up.

Yeah, so do I. I can't rally understand why. I play forza horizon 4 on my computer. Last time it told it needed to be updated. I do, yeah and my game crashed( crying ). I asked the services and they told nothing useful for me. Now, I tried to updated the
f**king system 1903. Will it help? who knows....

And..... damn it!!! The update is as slowly as British's building speed.

I deleted my saves....... It still didn't help. Never trust the AI service of Microsoft. It's bull sh*t.

Yeah, that's the thing that happened to me, just exactly like that.

You know what worked for me? Deleting the account... Forza said that if I just start again they will make some compensation, and I did it since I played like 3 hours or so, that's nothing basically and I wasted more time on fixing it (without success) than
playing the game...

For you this is not a good solution. I hope they have backup of saves or something. I also asked how can we defend against that in future, but they still didn't respond. I would be able to do backups myself, not a problem, but it's in the f*****g cloud...

The only thing I haven't tried is to log on another accout, because I don't have any other accounts. Don't even know anybody with game pass or Forza Horizon 4 for PC, so I couldn't try that. Every other step was done and nothing helped.

Can I do something else? Or can somebody check if there is everything okay with my save on cloud?

freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 deviceto get the games back up and running normally if you haven't already done so.

Alternatively, when you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the game. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these
programs from starting automatically. I recommend you try this if all other solutions have not brought results.

programs are interfering with your games or programs

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.
