Forza Horizon 4 fechando sozinho

Comprei o jogo de mídia física e no primeiro contato o jogo rodou, criei a conta e depois disso travou e fechou o jogo, a partir dai sempre que eu tentava iniciar o jogo ele iniciava, passava da propaganda inicial, eu apertava A e na próxima tela de carregamento
o jogo fechava. Entrei em contato com a loja que me vendeu e os mesmos se prontificaram em trocar meu jogo e assim fizeram. Fiz o mesmo processo com o segundo jogo, no primeiro contato consegui jogar normalmente, joguei até uma corrida, mas da segunda vez
em diante que eu abri o jogo ele para na mesma tela de carregamento. Já reiniciei o aparelho, já reinstalei o jogo e nada. Eu jogo no xbox one S e em todos os fóruns eu só vi esse erro na versão para computador, mas nunca do xbox, por isso estou solicitando
ajuda urgentemente.

Restart the game. After a few seconds at the loading screen, it will drop back to the dashboard.

Without ejecting the disc, go into the Settings app and set the clock to the current date and time.

Back out of settings to the dashboard and try to launch Forza Horizon 4 again.

Got to the title screen, press A to start

I see that you are playing this on a PC and not on an Xbox One. I recommend looking at this support article I found with many known solutions to resolve FH4 crashing on a Windows 10 PC: https://www.****/knowledge/forza-horizon-4-crash-on-pc-solved/

There are 10 different fixes to try on that article so definitely try them all one by one and let us know which one helped!

Computador montado agora, instalação limpa, windows 10 pro, configuração compatível, instalação do jogo feita 3 vezes.

Ainda não entendo pq na abertura no modo campanha acontece isso. Não faço ideia, parece que tem uma centenas de jogadores com esse problema e ninguém consegue resolver. Agradeço pela ajuda.

No entanto continuou com problema e pior, sem jogar :'(
