Olá eu estou com problema no jogo bem chato, nenhuma resposta concreta sobre problema e nenhuma explicação.

O jogo inicia normalmente , faz aplicação de vídeo sugeridos .... Quando começar a parte da corrida de apresentação , demora um pouco crash e fecha sozinho sem nenhum erro.

O que foi feito.

- Formatei o pc 2 duas vezes.

- Instalei e desinstalei o jogo que é grande k7 pelo menos umas 4x

- Fiz todos os métodos possíveis disponível na internet [Sem nenhum sucesso]

- Sem programas terceiros como de Banco ou Afterburner feito também sem AVG

- e um monte de coisa que nem lembro.

Configuração:

PROCESSADOR RYZEN 5 1600 3.2GHZ (3.6GHZ TURBO), 6-CORE 12-THREAD

Memória Corsair Vengeance LPX, 8GB, 2400MHz, DDR4, CL16, 2x totalizando 16GB

Placa de vídeo GTX 970 4GB

S.O: W10 PRO

OBS: só o Forza Horizon 4 que apresenta este problema, todos os outros jogos normais.

Alguma luz? tenho vídeo do erro feito no celular....

I see that you are playing this on a PC and not on an Xbox One. I recommend looking at this support article I found with many known solutions to resolve FH4 crashing on a Windows 10 PC: https://www.****/knowledge/forza-horizon-4-crash-on-pc-solved/

There are 10 different fixes to try on that article so definitely try them all one by one and let us know which one helped!

realmente eu uso PC.

Computador montado agora, instalação limpa, windows 10 pro, configuração compatível, instalação do jogo feita 3 vezes.

Ainda não entendo pq na abertura no modo campanha acontece isso. Não faço ideia, parece que tem uma centenas de jogadores com esse problema e ninguém consegue resolver. Agradeço pela ajuda.

No entanto continuou com problema e pior, sem jogar :'(

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support. I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing with FORZA.

I would suggest uninstalling / reinstalling the game but since you've already tried that... If you haven't done so already, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.
