Forza Horizon 4 error code 0x80073cf0 when trying to purchase (XBOX ONE)

Recently we bought Forza Horizon 4.

We bought the disc in the store. When the disc is entered in the xbox, the complete game is downloaded.

This is all went well, but problems occured when my son tried to buy a single car in the game.

When we buy this new car, we see in a short moment that the game tries to contact the server

but soon after that we get a error screen with code 0x80073cf0

In the error text there is a advice to reinstall the game.

We did that, but this didn't help.

By the way :

We checked 'parental rights' in the xbox for my son.

My son has full right to buy new games

Please, can someone help me with this problem.

I did a soft reset of my xbox one and this helped indeed !

Downloading a new car with Forza Horizon is now possible!

Hi ! Reset your console by following these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Have you tried performing a power cycle on the console, or unplugging it for 30 minutes?
