Seems to have been a common issue with the game....is your game fully up-to-date? A recent update was supposed to have resolved it (and it did for some). Is your Windows environment up-to-date? Are your graphics drivers up-to-date?

I have the latest update on windows 10 ,my graphics card and on the game

Not sure what to suggest then unfortunately. This has been an issue for people since the release of the new GPUs last year and, whilst a lot were resolved either by game updates or GPU updates, there are still people having issues.

What anti-virus program are you running? If it's a 3rd party program (Avast, Norton, ones like that), then I'd try uninstalling it as they can sometimes interefere with things, especially if they have an active virus scanner....you will still be covered as WIndows has Defender built-in (just make sure it's turned on).

If that doesn't work, If it was me personally, I would want to make sure it wasn't my Windows first...you could try a reinstall (update Windows after, then GPU driver, then download and try playing fH4 before installing anything else) to rule Windows out (sometimes a Windows install can create issues, especially if it has been on a system for a while):

I done Google search about Forza 6 and DX12 and apparently Turn 10 posted on the Forza forums saying Forza 6 wouldn't be using DX12 so it was just another rumour.
