Forza Horizon 4 doesn't synchronize

have a problem with my Forza horizon 4. After a few month of not playing the game I tried to launch the game. Then the game had to synchronize my profile/Savegame and after 99% there is an error: 0x838601e7 .

There is an option to click play offline but then there is an error 0x80831002. I tried to reinstall but the error is still there. I I use another gamer profile on my xbox it works, but my profile with 100 hours of gaming seems to be broken :'(

Pls help. I had so much fun with the game and bought all dlc. But in this situation, there is no fun for me

This has been a common problem which can understandably be very frustrating. Try doing the hard reset mentioned above and if that has no luck please go ahead and follow this link which will direct you to the developers so you may lodge a support ticket.

Forza support

Please ensure you are signed in to your account you use for forza when submitting your support ticket.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thank you both a lot! Unfortunately the described hard reset doesn't solve the problem.

But the link to the forza support is a very good hint. I opened a ticket there and I am hoping for a solution

Hey guys, I have awesome news. It works again! What helped?

Factroy reset of the console (system -> informatio) with keeping my apps and games. (No worries your console settings and style is saved so you have no additional work)

Deleting FH4

Install FH4

-> Done

Just for information: this are all problem solving suggestions of the Forza support

Xbox

If possible try to load your save on a different device. (A different PC or Xbox)
Make sure the console has the most up to date OS version installed.
Please try manually updating the game and any DLC using the Store/Games & Apps.
Try pressing and holding the power button on your console until it turns off, unplug it from the power supply for 10 minutes, plug it back in and see if it continues.
Resync your save to the cloud?
- Go to Manage Game > Saved Data > your profile > Delete from console.
- Do not select Delete from Everywhere as this will delete ALL of your data.
- Relaunch the game and let it sync to the cloud.
Reset your console by going to the system's settings, console info, reset console and choose the option "Reset and keep my games & apps"
Uninstall then reinstall the game and any DLC.
- Uninstall the game. After the game is uninstalled, uninstall a couple different games/apps or install some games/apps so that when you reinstall the game, it's installed to a different part of the HDD.

You might need to do this several times in order for the issue to go away. Let me know if that works for you.
