    to my knowledge of the game a gpu that supports directx 12 is needed to use the game.

    What error messages do you get? Are your graphics drivers updated? Specifically what are the specs of your computer, GPU, RAM and CPU

    yeah your card is not supported, need to have a DirectX 12 gpu.
