    I did report this once,

    i did create a new xbox account and it did launch on my xbox but when i use my main account on my xbox it crashes when it syncs, I dont understand because before it worked before the new season came out.

    Hi Joakim,

    Sorry to hear Forza Horizon keeps crashing right after the picture.
    If Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps > Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On.
