Forza Horizon 4 Crashes on startup where as Others don't

I just bought Microsoft Ultimate Game Pass so that could play Forza Horizon, Motorsport & Other Microsoft titles. But, my excitement turned into a nightmare when I actually downloaded the game.



Firstly, I had Windows 10 Ver. 20H2 which is the latest Windows Version, but FH4 crashed right at the start. I searched on google for hours & hours to fix this problem but all in vain, as there were no clear tutorial or blog that addressed fix for
Windows 10 Ver. 20H2 as 20H2 released just a week or two ago & all were telling about Windows 1909 or 2004. Then I Downloaded ' Bridge Constructor Portal '. So that I could understand that, is it the Game or Windows - as Windows 2004 was again a blunder by
Microsoft that it made some serious performance issues while gaming, so It may be possible that 20H2 might be another, but then I came to know that Microsoft hasn't addressed this issue I am facing in their Windows 20H2 - Known issues tab. Then I Completely
Formatted my PC and Installed Windows Ver, 1909 as that was the most common fix I’ve seen around blogs and videos. Then I again installed FH4 from the Windows Store and again the same issue, then I Installed ‘Bridge Constructor Portal ‘ to check the same as
written above. But then I understood that this time it was the game, definitely as the game opened as it should be.



As you can see I have nothing to do with my PC specs, as they are above the recommended Req. I saw various sites telling that i7 – 3820 is very much identical to Ryzen 3 2200G, in terms of Raw performance and AMD RX 580 is obviously much stronger than
RX 470 as anyone can say it by just seeing numbers ( Lol ). I have only one account on my PC so no concern of Local Administrator Account on my PC. I have all the Windows Updates installed on my PC so nothing to do with that too. Also, I have reset Windows
Store, but couldn’t set FH4 on High Priority as it would never show up on Task Manager when I’d open FH4. Then, I don’t use any of the mentioned Anti-Virus as I use Kaspersky & that too is not installed on my fresh install PC. I don’t use any of the apps such
as OBS or Discord mentioned the support section of https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/articles/360007593074?input_string=fh4+crashes+when+i+try+to+start
. Tried disabling Real time protection & no application is monitoring my Power and my Power settings are set to High Performance. I have not disabled FH4 as background app & I only have one Microsoft account. Disabling Development through Powershell does nothing.
Date / Time are absolutely correct on my PC and my Graphics drivers are up-to date AMD Adrenaline 2020 Edition 20.9.1 to be specific. & tried again reset Microsoft Store and FH4. And until now I have tried Re installing FH4 3-4 times, don’t you see that a
lot of my precious time was wasted. And also I tried to Run the Microsoft Tool given in that blog, it says that everything is Fixed but nothing is actually fixed & I have attached a snip of it, along this message.

UPDATE 1 : I have installed Microsoft Flight simulator too, and is working smoothly at Medium graphics 1080p
