2 appels ce matin au service Microsoft basé je ne sais ou avec des conseillers qui n'ont vraiment pas envie de bosser. Ça se relance la balle jusqu' la sortie sans proposer de solution. Pour un jeu acheté 80 balles, c'est super franchement.

C'est honteux. On paie pour avoir un service qui n'est pas rendu et quand on leur fait part des soucis rencontrés, on n'est pas écouté. Malgré tout, ils prennent bien soin de relever toutes nos informations nous concernant pour finalement nous envoyer bouler.
