Forza horizon 4 crash during loading screen

Greetings,

I'm having this issue two days ago,and it still works normally before a few hours.I enter benchmark mode and the fps is stabil and it works normally.Sometimes it will show the pop up below,but most of the time it just directly close the game.Here is thehttps://youtube.com/shorts/noCNa-4HLl0?feature=share to show a clearer reference.

I have try some ways to solve this problem but none of them worked for me.

1.Update graphic driver and also window system.

2.Run /sfc checknow in cmp.

3.Re-install the game,and also steam.

4.Reapir the xbox in system settings.

5.Run memory diagnostics tool.

I have asked my friend to enter the game via his pc and he can play with my account normally,so I can't find what actually the problem is.

Here is my laptop spec,and I upgrade my laptop a few weeks ago.

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz

12 gb Ram

Intel Iris Xe graphics

Intel SSD 660P + Kingston SA400 240gb

For CHKDSK to take effect, it has to be done in DOS mode as I indicated in the message above, with the command parameters. (chkdsk /f/x/r/v)

I download the games after I upgrade my pc, I add the Ram and install a new disk driver(Kingston SA400), and my FH4 is currently in the new disk driver.
