    Forza Horizon 4 crash after loading


    Hello,

    I just bought Forza Horizon 4 on xbox live app for pc yesterday and today i began playing, after car selection map appeared, and it showed me some quest/actions to do and after that it brings me back to car view, it freeze and then crash. I tried sfc /scannow, tried restart game files through windows settings but it still freezing for like 10 second or less and it crash, it doesnt even show me any error code. I set graphics to minimal and nothing changed here.

    Please help me. I was looking everywhere to solve it but i didnt found out anything yet.

    My computer specifications :

    AMD Ryzen 5 3500

    AMD Radeon RX 580 8gb

    16GB RAM

    In benchmark i have got good performance on ultra settings (above 60 fps).

    Forza Horizon 4 wont start

    Hi Joakim,

    Sorry to hear Forza Horizon keeps crashing right after the picture.
    If Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps > Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On.

    Are you experiencing issues with other games or just with Forza Horizon 4?

    As part of our troubleshooting, please verify the integrity of your game files:

    Open the Xbox app, navigate to the game you want to check, click the three dots next to it, select "Manage", then go to the "Files" tab and click "Verify and Repair"

    In addition, please make sure that you have the latest Windows Update and graphics card drivers.

    Update Windows:

    1. Right-click the Start menu.

    2. Select Settings.

    In the Windows Update window, select the Check for updates button.

    Could you concretize your problem? I think many people will not understand what is your problem. It was working ok and then it stopped working after loading Horizon 4 logo? Or?
