Forza Horizon 4 - Coop and Convoy

Hi,

I was trying to play online with a friend of mine, but it wasn't posible. When we were together in a convoy, we couldn´t play races and run in the same map. It appeared a message that we should connect into an online session, but when we searched for this
session, it took a long time and a session wasn't found.

I wanna know if there is a way for us to play together, because it seems it´s not posible.

griefing is not an issue with this years forza horizon 4 as everyone who isn't in your convoy will ghost so they cannot hit you.

OF: Red River... Co-op?

Unlikely to have split screen, but it does support 4-player online coop for the campaign, and several different dynamic cooperative game modes...such as a rescue, convoy, and elimination type thing.

Nat Type. One step I always recommend to help fix most issues is also performing a

Power Cycle on the console. I hope this information helps.

Thank you for your thorough reply. Unfortunately, we are still having this issue even after having made the changes and check-ups you recommended. Yesterday, my friend was able to find a session and join it, but the problem is that when I go to convoy menu using the Y button, I find that my friend has the label "playing online" while my profile is labelled "not in leader's session" (and this was shown both when I managed to join an online session and even after I restarted the game and got stuck in trying to find an online session). If this were an internet issue, we wouldn't have been able to play other games, but this seems to be an issue only connected to FH4. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me by showing me how I can get in touch with Forza team support. Is it via email or through the Xbox app? (because the last time I used the Xbox app, I was only offered the option of posting my issue here to the Microsoft community).
