FORZA HORIZON 4 code E-47-0

We bought Forza horizon 4 but the error code E:47-0 keeps coming up. We really hope you have a solution for us. Otherwise we vould like the money back.

It could be that your game save is corrupt. If you didn't uninstall your game yet, you can go to your computer's settings, your installed apps, select Forza Horizon 4, go into advanced settings, and reset the app (the option to clear all saved data stored
on your PC). When you open the game the next time, it will automatically download your save data from the cloud. If this doesn't work, here's another solution I found looking around, and might be hit or miss, but could be worth a shot. Go to "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\wgs",
and delete all the folders in there (should be a "t" folder and another with a long number). Restart the game and hopefully your issue will be fixed. If this still doesn't work and you didn't progress much in the game, you may want to start your game anew.
Reset the app again, and when you restart your game, cancel the save syncronization.

This is a known issue on both pc and Xbox and is often the result of the profile not syncing up with the save data. I know how frustrating it can be.
