Forza Horizon 4 : Can't connect to Horizon Live

hi,

if someone could help me that will be much appreciated !

i'm not able to join horizon live :

it is in french but i'm sure you already saw this kind of message on the internet

Here below the configuration of nat / teredo etc...

all seem to be alright but i can not reach the live multiplayer ..

I have a native IPV6
by Unitymedia

VPN is OFF

Firewall and defender are ON

No other antivirus

Teredo is unable to qualify

Trying to play Forza Horizon 4 online, but i can't connect to the server because of this problem.

Since everything seems to be fine on your xbox judging by the screenshot provided, I would suggest to follow the advice on the error code and check the forza dedicated site Forza Motorsport
and their support service Support Forza

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, It looks like the game Forza Horizon 4 is having an issue with connecting to the servers. I was able to do some research and I did find that several other people are experiencing this issue. I
found on the Forza Forums that there is a fix for this. Here is a link on that specific article on

We understand this can be frustrating since Forza Horizon 4 keeps having connection issues. Does this happen with other games as well or is it just Forza that is having connection problems?

Does your laptop meet the minimum requirements to play these games? Check out our Support articles regarding the
game Forza
Motorsport & Forza Horizon. If
Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps >
Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On. If you still
can't get it to work check out the
Forza Horizon
4 Forums for more information about issues people have had with the game.

Hello! I have the exact same issue, I can't connect to a live session in Forza Horizon 4. I have a VPN installed because of WFH, and I suspect that's why I can't connect for some reason. I use FortiCLient VPN 6.2.6.0951
