Forza Horizon 4 Blokada

Witam chciałbym się dowiedzieć jak i dlaczego dostałem blokadę na grę multiplayer w forza horizon 4 nie przypominam sobie żebym robił coś co narusza zasady.

Czy da się jakoś odblokować tą blokadę? Proszę o pomoc
