    Waddup. I've had Forza Horizon 4 for a while now and it works quite fine, however before every game it tells me that my NVIDIA drivers are outdated, mine was 380-ish something and the game expected my driver to be 392 something. It was ignorable so kept
    playing and didn't do anything about it, until I started to play on a TV a couple of times through HDMI, and the game's audio started not working through my laptop speakers (Realtek). Anyhow I updated my GPU drivers up to 417.35, thinking that I could fix
    it, but it didn't, and the landscape textures started stuttering after the start of every single race, so an extra problem.

    I also do stream my Xbox One on my PC to play, and Xbox streaming's audio doesn't work as well ever since I updated my GPU drivers. Also Skype calling audio doesn't work, but every other app and games' audio all work, including Adobe programs, so I assume
    this could be a Microsoft issue. However all these audio works on an HDMI output such as on a TV and monitor.

    Rig's a Lenovo Legion Y530 laptop with GTX 1060. I have all my default audio devices on Realtek, uninstalled and reinstalled all the latest Realtek audio drivers from device manager and it still doesn't resolve the problem, seriously sucks to play FH4 with
    no audio. Help? Please?

    Hey Lance,

    Did all that, erased and reinstalled all NVIDIA drivers, tried the latest driver (ver. 430.39), didn't work, rolled back to my previous ver. 380 something driver, didn't work. All my (especially Microsoft) apps are up to date. Managed to fix my Skype audio
    tho, plugged in HDMI to a monitor with audio and now Skype also detects Realtek and made it my default. Forza Horizon 4 audio still didn't work however. It's really awkward to drift and tear your tires in the Scottish highlands without hearing it so, help?

    Thank you for reaching out. We understand you have been experiencing some audio issues ever since you updated your NVIDIA drivers and seem to only affect Microsoft apps and games. You mentioned having already installing the latest audio drivers across the
    board, so go ahead and make sure your MS apps are up to date as well. You can do so by following our

    Check Updates for Apps     page. Additionally, since you started experiencing performance and visual problems after updating, try reinstalling the NVIDIA drivers. Be sure to let us know how it goes! :D

    G920 not working

    Hi,

    I have the same issue as of today. The g920 works fine on Forza Horizon 4 but not on Forza Horizon 5 and slows down the game, interferes with the audio and is unresponsive.

    Yeah, it just happens with Forza Horizon 4. Every other app and game works and opens perfectly as normal.

    We understand this can be frustrating since Forza Horizon 4 keeps having connection issues. Does this happen with other games as well or is it just Forza that is having connection problems?

    Does your laptop meet the minimum requirements to play these games? Check out our Support articles regarding the
    game Forza
    Motorsport & Forza Horizon    . If
    Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps >
    Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On. If you still
    can't get it to work check out the
    Forza Horizon
    4 Forums     for more information about issues people have had with the game.
