Windows 10 is up to date. We have a support article that has troubleshooting for

gameplay issues on Windows 10. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend performing

Sorry to hear it. If you're playing on an Xbox then please try powercycling it by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.

If you're on PC then make sure that the game and PC do not have any pending updates.
