forza horizon 4 account lost all my cars and money

Same here bro its 3th time when i lose money and cars. Ive lost over 100mln. I made a ticket to game developers and they respond to me this:

I take it you mean that your account reset and you lost everything? Unfortunately, you will need to contact Forza Support for that as they are the only ones who can help:

Be aware though that, while they may repopulate your account with cars and money, it won't be everything you lost. Also be aware that it can take some time for it to happen...some have waited months in the past

For car requests in FH4, you would need to post on the official Forza Horizon 4 car wishlist thread on the Forza forum.

The car can be used in Forza 4 aswell as Forza Horizon i believe, well there is a challenge on Forza 4.
