Forza Horizon 4 acc got lost.

So i played fh4 for a very long time and i love it still. The problem is my acc got lost. I still got the same email Adress etc. but my acc with 200 million isnt there. I got a new pc. Idk if this is a problem but when i started the game on this PC i had to beginn new.I've tried everything but none of my friends could help me and I really love this account. I've been playing the game since I was a child...

Yes i have contacted the game publisher but the problem is they don't answer and i think that i won't get my acc back. I was actually 100% the owner but i think i made a new acc and overwrote the other one.

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

From your description, your account is lost. You still have the same email address, etc., but your 200 million accounts are gone.

Having the same email address does not mean you are the owner of the account.

You can try contacting the game publisher's support to see if they can do a similar game progress inventory for you. However, since your account appears to no longer exist, we are not sure if they can help you (and you will not get your points, skill points, levels, experience, tokens or progress back):

The game does not have cross save and its de listed and will not be updated to include it.

PC and Xbox have separate save files and progress
