Forza Horizon 3: Xbox Dashboard Pre-order Bonus Car Not Received..

Hi support. I preordered the Ultimate Edition on the Xbox Dashboard, and I received everything except the bonus car for preordering, which is the Mercedes-Benz C63 S. I figured maybe there was a delay, so even though I had early access from the 23rd I
thought maybe it wouldn't arrive until the actual launch day, the 27th. Today. I read in some places I'd be emailed the code, while on the other hand I'd receive it by an Xbox Live message, or that maybe it would come in the game pre-installed like everything
else that did, but no, it's not anywhere. Not a gift car in game, not available to buy anywhere in game, not in 'My games and apps' nor is it inder 'Ready to install'. I simply haven't received it at all. So is there an even bigger delay on it being sent?
Or am I able to please have this code sent to me in some way such as my email? Many thanks in advance for any help.

Pre orderedthe digital version of Forza Horizon 3 ( Ultimate Edition ) on the dashboard since day one. To this day I haven't received my pre order car.

Mister Maka I never received the code for the warthog or pre order car in the first place I have been looking in my messages every day but still have received no code for either the warthog or pre order car. I own halo the master chief collection and I pre
ordered forza horizon 3 deluxe edition from the xbox store so I should of received both codes for the cars by now.

I have not received a code for the warthog or pre order car despite me owning halo the master chief collection and pre ordering Forza horizon 3 deluxe edition on the Xbox store. I have received codes before in the past like the Chrysalis Rocket 69 and le
mans ford GT for Forza 6. and the codes are not in the in game messages as some people have suggested.

This pre order bonus just unlock Audi RS4 (but Audi RS4 is available in Forza Horizon 2).

And this pre order bonus is available in Microsoft stores not online stores.

Those are not given out as codes or playable in Forza Horizon 3, but automatically made available to use in Forza Horizon 2 and Forza Motorsport 6 on the account you purchased from if you own those games. You can find this information on
Forza Horizon 3's Pre-Order Details page.

Note that players who purchase any digital bundle of Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox will also receive two car packs available immediately for use in previous Forza games – theRockstar
Energy Car Pack from Forza Horizon 2 and the Meguiar’s Car Pack from Forza Motorsport 6.
