    Forza Horizon 3 won’t start on my Xbox One S


    Been going on for a while.

    Loads into the game, get to the "Press 'A' to start" screen, and the loading icon begins.

    After about 30 seconds, the game is closed or crashes, and I'm back in the Xbox menu.

    I have re-installed it numerous times, in both internal and external storage, and tried loading it from different accounts.

    All the same result.

    I have the same game on my original Xbox One, loads with no issues.

    Also works fine on my PC, the save files are synced between my old Xbox One and PC too.

    I have the Ultimate Digital Download copy.

    Any ideas?

    If that doesn't work the next step will be perform a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console

    Could you try this on your console:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

    Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

    And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

    I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
