Forza Horizon 3 VIP and All star car pack issue

I was playing forza horizon 3, and i got a wheelsman, i leveled up got the prize, and it was doubled, thats not the problem, the problem is that the cars that i should e getting for free, as in all of the DLC cars, are showing up as full price, and not
free

i can't find a listing for the Windows version, but the Xbox One listing says it's going to use Play Anywhere, so one purchase should work on both systems.

I'm seeing the same thing. I redeemed my code and never received any of the VIP content, car packs, etc..

After you level up the festival twice (I believe), it will give you an option to select another location for the festival. After you select, go to the first festival location, you will be given a loyalty car, and from there, you can switch to the Autoshow
tab, and on the far right you can access all of the DLC cars. At least that's what worked for me.

Hey, guys! These are not sent as codes. They are provided as entitlements based on the purchase you make for Forza Horizon 3.

For the Ultimate Edition, you should have access to the
Car Pass and
All-Stars Pack. If you see that these are already purchased on the site, I suggest you do a search for their specific titles on the Xbox One console and download them directly from there.

For the Standard Edition, it should have come with the Rockstar pack and the Meguiar's Car Pack, but I am unable to find those online at this time. MrEldorado, can you please check your Manage Game section for Forza Horizon 3 to see if that content is there?

it's not false advertising

try reading what is included when you bought it..it states nowhere it includes the Expansions, just includes VIP and the 6 months car pass on top if the base game and the all stars car pack, nothing more

it has been this way with all previous Forzas too,with exception to Horizon 1
