    Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition - PreOrder Bonus Not Received


    I bought Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition (digital) version from GameStop as a pre-order before the game came out. They promised 3 pre-order DLC codes, one of which was to be provided by Xbox/Microsoft. The pre-order DLC code in question is for an in-game
    car labeled "2016 Mercedes-Benz E63 S Coupe" (might be C63). I called them, and was directed to Xbox Support, where I spend over an hour on the phone. The associate eventually told me it might take until Friday, October 7th to receive it. He said if I did
    not get it to post here about it and provided the link via email. It is now two days after that, and I have still received nothing. The amount of effort I've put into resolving this is ridiculous, and to be fair I'm not sure if the problem lies with them or
    you. Nobody on the phone seemed to really know anything about it.

    Can anyone in charge help and send the code to me?

    I bought it from the xbox directly as the ultimate edition digital download. 2016 Mercedes-Benz C63 S Coupe should have been the pre order bonus.
