Forza Horizon 3 - Ultimate Edition - no preorder Bonus received

i ordered and received the game 4 days before release, but ive yet to receive my preorder bonus. also, if you dont get it ntil 10 days AFTER release, isnt that a nearly two weeks after order postrelease bonus? its quite useless to preorder and get special
items if they are two weeks out. why buy from you and not Gamestop?

I bought it from the xbox directly as the ultimate edition digital download. 2016 Mercedes-Benz C63 S Coupe should have been the pre order bonus.

 

I also did not receive the preorder bonus. I created a post about it here...

Specifically my purchase/receipt states: $10 Microsoft Store gift code - Additional Product Information:

Your $10 Microsoft Store gift code will be delivered to your email address within 10 business days of game release.

It has been over two weeks now and no email related to the $10 MS Gift Card.

 

Sickboy1313, I received the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C63 S Coupe through a private message directly on Xbox. I did not receive an email for that preorder bonus. Try and check your Xbox messages and see if it is there.
