Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition - DLC Not Recieved

Upon pre-order and early access release of Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition it appears that many Windows 10 players including myself are not receiving their purchased DLC content. This includes Forza Horizon 3 Motorsport All-Stars Pack, Forza Horizon 3
Car Pass, and Forza Horizon 3 VIP. This is a $60 value when not purchased with the Ultimate Edition as this bundle prices it at $40 as it includes Froza Horizon 3 (base game) as well.

I have just spoke to a customer service representative about this issue and they have informed me that DLC access will be supplied to purchasers in waves starting 7 to 10 days after the release of the game. From initial inspection this appears to be false
(unless only applied to PC purchasers) as many if not all individuals playing on Xbox One have received their content.

In addition, the representative instructed me to leave a post on this forum in order to spread information about this issue. Personally I believe this issue is due to some sort of DLC confirmation function that is implemented in Xbox consoles to verify
purchasing of additional content for owned games that is not present for windows users. As is why in our windows store menus it denotes our purchase of the content (in Forza Hub app as well), yet in-game we are still prompted to purchase the content as if
we have not already done so.

I hope this issue is resolved soon as no where is it stated that purchasers of this content would have to wait past 9/23/2016 to access the purchased product (please reply if I am incorrect with this statement). I hope that individuals who are having this
issue are compensated in some manner by either Microsoft or Playgound Games for this technical difficulty if not resolved soon.

Got a code but doesn't install

Hi, contains Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition also Blizzard Mountain DLC? Or do I have to pay extra DLC?

 

I am in exactly the same boat, although I do have my VIP status.

 

How did you manage to get that? Or did it just work for you right away?

 

DLC just registered. Time delay of about 3 days. Others can probably expect to receive their content soon as well.
